Synopsis
1789, at the eve of the Revolution: Versailles occupants still live happily, unconcerned by the increasing turmoil in Paris. When news about the storming of the Bastille reaches the court, aristocrats and servants desert the palace, leaving the royal family alone. But Sidonie Laborde, a young Queen's reader, refuses to flee. She feels secure as she is under the protection of Marie-Antoinette. She does not yet know these are the last three days she would spend by her side. This film, inspired by a novel by Chantal Thomas opened the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival in February.

Synopsis
Louise Wimmer goes from one small job to another. Despite her loud speech and tall height she%u2018d rather stay alone to avoid any conflict. Her past life is now far behind her and everything she owns is in her car. At the dawn of her fifties, she lost everything when separating from her husband, but she wants to make it by herself. Nonetheless it is only if she accepts to open herself to others that she will be able to start her life again.
